Private e-ID order form

When sending to a registered address:
Before the e-ID can be sent to you, you must attend an optional post-in-store for an ID check. Once the ID check is approved, Commfides will send the e-ID and PIN code to you. These are the steps:
- After ordering, you will receive a pick-up code from Commfides to be given to staff at the post-in-store.
- Attendance at optional post-in-store for ID check. Bring your passport or national ID card and pick-up code.
- When the ID check is approved, Commfides will send the e-ID to the registered address in Norway.

Upon delivery at Commfides:
- Delivery takes place by appointment Monday - Friday between 09.00 - 16.00. Commfides will contact you for a delivery appointment after completing the order.
- Delivery only takes place in person and on presentation of valid identification: passport or national ID card.
If you have a D-number, you need to do an *ID check, in an optional post-in-store, before picking up the e-ID at Commfides.

NB!
If the ID check is not approved, you can request a refund by contacting servicedesk@commfides.com. The PUM cost of NOK 398 is not refundable. Commfides has no possibility to bypass the credentials check and can therefore not allow alternative delivery, beyond what is described.
