The recipient receives the certificate digitally. Passwords are sent with Posten's PUM service or collected from Commfides.

Before Commfides can produce the Business Certificate, this form must be signed. The order is signed by a person with a role in the Brønnøysund register, for example general manager, board member, contact person or authorized representative in the business. This form is sent by e-mail for signature to the person you set as signatory.
Once the order has been signed, it must be uploaded together with the signatory's identification. Valid identification is a passport and national ID card. According to Section 14 of the e-Signatures Act, Commfides is required to obtain a copy of the signatory's identification to confirm identity.
