Important information regarding signatory

The document must be signed by the CEO or a person with the legal right to sign on behalf of the organisation as stated in the Norwegian Business Registry. Unless a power of attorney has been signed in a previous order.

7. Confirmation of order

The order must be signed by a person, who has a role in the organisation as liste in the Norwegian Business Registry. For example the CEO, councilor, contact person or procurator in the organisation. This order form will be emailed for signing to the person chosen as signatory.
In accordance with the e-signature law §14 Commfides is required to obtain a copy of the signatory's identification to confirm the identity. When the order is signed it must be uploaded along with a copy of a valid form of identification to Commfides.
