Norway Post has challenges with scanning certain passports when handing out PUM consignments. If the identification check when picked up at the post office is not approved, your e-ID will be returned to Commfides. Commfides has no possibility to circumvent the identification check and can therefore not allow alternative delivery, beyond what is described. 3. Order Confirmation The order must be signed by a person that is listed in Brønnøysundregistrene, for example the CEO, supply manager, contact person or a board member. This form will be sent by e-mail to this person for signing. According to the E-signature Law §14, Commfides is required to collect a copy of the signatory’s identification to confirm their identity. Once the order is signed, it must be uploaded to Commfides together with a copy of the identification.
