§ 19. Section 19. Restrictions on the use of certificates, etc.
Signature creation data, certificate or password / PIN codes intended for professional use in should not be used for other purposes.
Personal certificates shall not be used in the public administration unless issued or approved for such use.
A government agency may decide that a certificate issued specifically for communication within the administration, or with a particular government agency, should not be used for any other purpose. These limitations must be specified in the certificate and the user should be enlightened on the limitations.

Within the chip on the access card is a digital ID.
The employee uses it to log on to the PC and to digital public services. Some uses it to sign documents, others to get access secure from the home office.
Employee e-ID is a personal e-ID, but is owned by the company. There is also a link to the Company within the certificate.
In addition to digital access, the card is also used for physical access for the entrance and digital wallet in the canteen. The Company, has as the different needs reveal, a simple ID solution that works for new authentication and digital sign-up services.
Not only does it provide increased security, it also provides big financial gains and environmental savings.
Employee e-ID is issued at security level 4 and meets the requirements of a person’s high certificate in accordance with the requirements specification for the use of PKI in public sector v 2.0, and qualified certificate in accordance with the e-Signature Act.

LEGALLY BINDING SIGNATURE
An Employee e-ID is owned by the company but is issued to an employee. The certificate is therefore personal, but should only be used in a professional context. The first time a Company orders Employee e-ID, the general manager, commissioner or signatory must sign the order. In order to simplify future orders, the company may choose an administrator who is authorized to handle the certificates further.
When an Employee e-ID is used for digital signing, the Company is legally bound by the document.
The public digitization strategy emphasizes;
“There is a need to prove the connection between a person and a company in those cases where the person signs on behalf of the Company.”

The portal is a free and user-friendly tool for all customers and distributors of e-ID certificates.
It provides a complete overview of which people have Employee e-ID and make ordering, renewal and administration easy.
The portal distinguishes between certificates ordered for own business and certificates ordered to customers. An optimal tool for companies wishing to resell certificates or for those with internal needs.
